The products could be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
No refunds will be issued. Exchanges must be made within 10 days from
the date of purchase. When asking for an exchange please send the item
back with a note explaining what needs to be exchanged. You need to
specify the size of the clothing if the exchanged product is a clothing
material. We do not cover the shipping for exchanged items. When returning
the item please be aware that you must include sufficient funds to cover
the shipping back to you.

Also feel free to call the shop at 1-800-238-9969. Normally on recieving
orders we ask up to 48 hours for an email to notify you that your items
have been shipped. Usually, the orders go out the same day and you will
recieve personal conformation email from us as to the status of the
order. In case the ordered items are out of stock, we would notify you
of the status of the order and allow you to replace the order with other
items or canceling the order.
